Abstract

W-band waveguide slot antenna for machining with high demands, the traditional milling is difficult to meet the accuracy requirements. Laser etching metal diaphragm has a high degree of accuracy in the planar processing. This way to be used in the design of the waveguide slot antenna can effectively improve the slot machining accuracy, reduce the cost of precision machining. The application of the technique designed and made ta W-band waveguide slot antenna. In the 92GHz-94GHz S(1,1)<-10dB, and the gain is achieved 22.3dB at 93GHz.
