Abstract

This paper addresses the disturbance rejection problem for a class of linear systems in the presence of input delay via DOBC approach. Truncated predictor feedback method is applied to deal with the input delay based on the estimate of state and external disturbance, and further endeavours are made to ensure the extra integral terms of the system state and external disturbance due to the input delay are properly considered using Krasovskii functionals. With the tool of Lyapunov functions, the stability of the closed-loop system is proved under sufficient conditions. A simulation study is given to validate the proposed control design.
