Abstract
The disaster events happened frequently in recent years in China, which causes the phenomenon that the researchers pay more attention to emergency industry, especially emergency material supply. The reliability optimization of emergency materials supply chain is discussed on the basis of reliability theory. A general optimization model is established. Then three countermeasures for risks of supply chain are stated, respectively. The improved models considering the countermeasures are given. The results of optimization models are compared and analyzed to prove the availability of the countermeasures.
