Abstract

In order to eliminate the unqualified blanks before deformation or avoid the lack of precision due to insufficient positioning during processing, the blank measurement data should be registered with the CAD model under the margin constraint. Aiming at this registration problem, this paper proposes a method for optimal allocation of margin based on normal registration. Firstly, the initial position is obtained by the initial registration of principal component analysis. At this initial position, according to the normal vector of CAD model points and The relationship between the vector and the vector of the blank point determines whether the correspondence relationship meets the requirement of the margin constraint, and satisfies the calculation of the spatial transformation parameter according to the correspondence relationship of the correct point, otherwise the penalty correspondence that does not meet the requirements is punctured. The experimental results show that the method can effectively achieve the registration of blank measurement data and CAD model under the margin constraint.
