Abstract
Aiming at the problem of physical memory allocation and direct access in embedded systems based on Windows, the shortage and limitation of three traditional methods are discussed and a more flexible and practical method of memory self-management is put forward. The method reserves physical memory out of control of the operating system, so as to break the limitation of the traditional methods. It has been applied in several projects and proved to work well.
