Abstract

According to structural characteristics of microminiatute component, the profile parameters, which can reflect the manufacturing properties, was selected, and a numerical surface profile model including roughness and waviness was built up based on the Patir model, and the case was provided. It is showed by the simulation and experiment results that the statistical characteristics (Ra, ACF) of simulative surfaces resulted from the newly-built model can precisely tally with that of the expected surfaces, and the complementarity of waviness makes simulative surfaces more closer to actual surfaces, which provides the basis of numerical model for investigation of relationship between manufactural characteristics and contact characters.
