Abstract

The outline of Fuzzy Multimedia Intelligent Communication System (FuMICS) is summarized first. It is a human friendly communication interface and is able to handle fuzzy information in the fuzzy knowledge base where the multimedia information is integrated. Then the basic concept of fuzzy knowledge base is mentioned. It is a newly defined fuzzy frame like knowledge base, where each knowledge is stored as a point of fuzzy knowledge space. The final goal of this study is to realize Intelligent Everywhere Everybody Everytime computing (IEEE computing).
