Abstract

Multitone signal can be used to test the frequency characteristics rapidly. The author discusses the method about the generation and application of multitone signal, then proposed a data processing method of frequency characteristics based on the least squares curve fitting theory. It is indicated that the effects which the noise impacts on the testing result can be inhibited effectively in this method, so it implements an efficient and accurate measurement of frequency characteristics.
