Abstract

In this paper, optimal feedback gain analysis for a class of Euler-Bernoulli beam equation systems with special boundary feedback control is conducted. Using the extremum seeking approach in our investigation to search the optimal feedback gain which can make the system energy quickly reach the exponential stability. Subsequently, we extend the extremum seeking approach to the non-collocated boundary feedback system, which proves that the approach is also feasible for multi-parameter cases.
