Gao, S. Adachi, K. Omiya, H. Sato, T. Hisada, Y. Saito, H. Kubota, “Fabrication of large-size SiC mirror with precision aspheric profile for artificial satellite,” Precis. Eng. 37, 640–649 (2013). The following corresponding statement is also added at the end of Section 3.B.1, before Eq. (9): “. . . the offset error can be restricted to within ±5 µm. A similar method of probe calibration was used in [18] and the efficiency was proven.”
