Abstract
With high performance capillary electrophoresis using β-cyclodextrin or its derivatives as the chiral selectors, five pairs of drug enantiomers were separated. The pH of the background electrolyte and the chiral selector concentrations were optimized. The effect of organic modifier on separation of chlorpheniramine enantiomers was also investigated.
