Abstract
The relationships between composition, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of ZrxTi1-xO4 ceramics were characterized. Five compositions were selected to span the ZrTiO4 solid solution range based on the ZrO2-TiO2 phase diagram. No additives were used to improve the properties.
