Abstract

The operating principle and working characteristics of two forms of loading are analyzed, viz., spring loading and electro-hydraulic servo loading. Testing platforms are established for the testing and research of each form individually. Theoretical analyses and testing results showed that the spring loading with its easy operation but low loading precision can result in approximate linear loading, while the electro-hydraulic servo loading with its powerful function and complex control structure can simulate loading condition of missile actuator more precisely and the compound control based on CMAC can effectively increase the loading precision by decreasing the redundant force.
