Abstract

Objective: Study on the contents changes of Cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde in Guizhi decoction and Guizhi add Cinnamon and Monkshood Decoction. Methods: The contents of the Cinnamic acid and cinnamaldehyde was determined by HPLC. Results: The contents of Cinnamic acid and Cinnamaldehyde in Guizhi Decoction changed obviously after adding Cinnamon and Monkshood. Conclusions: By comparing the contents of Cinnamic acid and Cinnamaldehyde in Guizhi Decoction and Guizhi add Cinnamon and Monkshood Decoction, effective scientific proof was provided for the treatment of related diseases.
