Abstract

Interpersonal stress and employment pressure would result in serious psychological crisis for college students and the current global financial crisis will further expand undergraduates' psychological distress. These crises have a negative impact on students' career development and colleges' management. Researches on psychological crisis detection are few, so the psychological crisis detection method this article proposed will have important theoretical and practical significance for undergraduates' crisis management.
