Abstract
In this paper, an improved power divider for 220GHz frequency band is presented. The power divider is based on the H-plane of rectangular waveguide and a T-shape configuration. The design principle and manufacture procedure for rectangular waveguide terahertz power divider well be introduced in the article, the model will be simulated by the software Ansoft HFSS and processed by machining. The obtained result indicates that the model has realized an 10% bandwidth at center 220GHz with isolation and return loss more than 20dB, and achieved the intended goal.
