Design and Implementation of Terahertz Detector

Abstract

This paper introduces a terahertz detector based on Schottky diode. After the simulation and processing, the detector was tested, and the result shows that the voltage sensitivity of the detector is higher than 520 mV/mW in the frequency range of 140165 GHz, the peak voltage sensitivity is 1211 mV/mW at 147 GHz.
