Abstract

Aimed at the research on CASE platform based on UML that supports an environment of object-oriented software development process, this paper introduces the requirement orientation and purpose of implementation of the platform. It then discusses the integral scheme and function of the platform organization. On this basis, it brings about the design idea and implementation scheme of the platform architecture. In addition, the paper explains the scheme of model creation in its implementation and the data storage mechanism. Then it is successfully applied to the research and development of the CASE platform for the software development process based on UML.
