Abstract

The light, color and smoke effects of pyrotechnic composition is one of basic theories of pyrotechnic spectroscopy. It is very important to study the spectra of pyrotechnic composition, collect the spectral data of the reacting products of pyrotechnic composition and develop the database of spectra. In this article, the atomic and molecular spectral data, which are found now, are collected. Using Visual FoxPro 6.0 program, an integral emitting spectra database system has been developed. It can be browsed, queried and supplemented easily. According to these data, we could design preliminary pyrotechnic composition that may produce intense output in special band. And it can still be developed in order to research the spectrogram of pyrotechnic composition. So this database system is very useful to pyrotechnic researcher.
