Abstract

This paper considers the simultaneous attack problem for multiple missiles under time-delayed communication topologies. The problem is firstly decoupled into two directions, along and orthogonal with line of sight (LOS). For the direction orthogonal with LOS, acceleration input is designed to ensure convergence of corresponding velocity component; while for the direction along LOS, cooperative guidance law is designed to ensure simultaneous attack within preset range. Sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the effectiveness of proposed guidance law. And simulation example is also presented to demonstrate the validity of the theoretical result.
