Abstract

Digital vector control system of dual-motor drive for electric vehicle based on DSP TMS320F2812 and CAN bus, which include hardware design and control strategy design of control system, is presented. Torque control strategy based on rotor flux orient vector control is used in the control system, and communication between dual-motor control systems is carried out in CAN bus. The test results of motor output characters of climbing, steering, accelerating, and straight running showed that the demand of vehicle running is satisfied in the designed system.
