Abstract
To measure the strain state of the moving or covered objects is always a difficult problem. The surface acoustic wave sensor can be used to solve the problem. Using the RF signals to excite the SAW sensor, the strain can be calculated by analyzing the echo signals. Do some experiments on the cantilever to get the echo signals of different strain states. This sensing theory is validated by spectrum analysis of the signals.
