Abstract
The network resources are limited in the wireless sensor networks, in order to use them effectively, binary spray and wait routing based on the remaining life time of message is proposed in this paper. For the purpose of reducing the overhead, increasing the delivery ratio and shortening the latency time, we predict the time of two nodes meet and compare it to the remaining life time of message to decide whether to forward the message or not, combine evict shortest life time first and evict most forwarded first as the queuing policy, and binary mode copy strategy is used to forward the messages. The simulation result shows that this algorithm has a better performance than PROPHET, Epidemic and Binary Spray and Wait.
