Abstract
This paper describes an antipodal Vivaldi antenna on Rogers4350B substrate at the operating frequency band of 6∼18GHz. Both simulation and measurement results show superior performance with high gain of 6-10dB and symmetrical H-plane characteristics. In addition, a 1x8 H-plane phased array with alterable spacing between adjacent elements is constructed with a stacked configuration, demonstrating a good performance in scanning area.
