Abstract

The anti-jamming performance of ultra wideband (UWB) radio fuze was quantitatively researched based on the criterion of signal to jamming ratio (SIR) gain. The SIR gain was deduced in detail under the noise and sinusoidal jamming; the signal characteristic parameters affecting the anti-jamming performance of UWB radio fuze were obtained; the measures to improve it were proposed, and emulated calculations were carried out. The simulated results are in good agreement with the theoretical analyses. The analyzed quantitatily and simulated results indicate that UWB radio fuze has strong performance of anti-jamming; its anti-noise jamming performance can be improved by increasing modulation period and signal bandwidth; its anti-sinusoidal jamming performance can be improved by pulse repetition frequency agility.
