Abstract
During the operation process of stabilized platform in missiles, the payloads cable harness could create spring disturbance torque. To reduce the spring disturbance torque, the cables and canals belonged to stabilizing platform were modeled and optimized based on Kirhhoff's elastic pin nonlinear mechanical theory. On the basis of simulation analysis, a precise calculating method for spring disturbance torque was put forward and applied in virtual wiring design. According to the simulation result of spring disturbance torque, the cable layout design was optimized. The experiment result demonstrated that the spring disturbance torque was confined in acceptable limits by using proposed method, and then the guidance precision was improved.
