Abstract

Signal detection, especially the blind detection in non-cooperative systems is an essential topic in the field of communication. Time-frequency analysis is a commonly used method which aims to construct a density function of time and frequency to reveal the frequency components in signals and the evolution of the frequency of signals with time. In this paper, the template matching method is applied to detect and sort signals from time-frequency spectrum. To solve the problem of traditional method caused by spectrum leakage in high SNR, we improve the method with dual-Threshold decision. Experiments show that improved method effectively resolve the problem in high SNR, and has the same performance as traditional method in low SNR.
