Abstract

The basic idea of traditional scaling model measurement method is to use electromagnetic similarity relation to realize scaling transformation. The electromagnetic similarity for a scattering problem requires that the electrical size kl remain constant. In this paper, based on the concept of target scattering center, a new analytical expression of target scattering field with the electric size kl is derived, and then a new scaling relation and a scaling model measurement method are proposed. A simulation experiment validates the proposed model and scaling method.
