A short literature review on reward-based crowdfunding

    Abstract

    In this short article, we discuss about a popular online fundraising method, named crowdfunding. One of the most useful types is reward-based crowdfunding, where the return is tangible products. We review related researches from three streams, the conceptual research, the empirical research, and the modelling research. Some possible research directions are also discussed in the paper.
