Abstract
As an important energy and industrial raw materials, natural gas is very important. The lagging production and management mode not only leads to the waste of nature resources, but also limits the development of oilfield itself. A network gas measurement and management system based on LabView was described. An advanced measurement method was exploited in the system which is implemented based on centralized information processing and networking. Its successful deployment in Liaohe Oilfield verifies that the system enhances dramatically the metering accuracy of natural gas and improves the modes of production and management.
