Abstract
A 145GHz reconfigurable transmitarray based on pillbox structure has been proposed in this paper. The current flow direction on the element radiation patch can be changed by controlling the working state of the two GaAs Schottky diodes, which can obtain a 180° phase difference. A 2 × 20 transmitarray with pillbox has been designed based on this element.The beam direction can be changed with a range of ±30°. Meanwhile, the maximum gain of the transmitarray is 19.28dBi and the maximum aperture sufficiency can reach 52%.
