Abstract
In the traditional Czerny-Turner spectrometer system, astigmatism is the main factor affecting the imaging quality of the spectrometer and limiting its further application in the analysis field. Aiming at this problem, a high resolution Czerny-Turner spectrometer using a cylindrical reflection mirror to eliminate astigmatism was proposed. A cylindrical mirror was employed to correct the astigmatism of the system, which can improve the image quality of the system. It has good processability while ensuring the practical resolution of a wideband C-T spectrometer. Experiments showed that the resolution of the cylindrical reflection astigmatism C-T spectrometer can reach 0.02 nm in the detection range of 400~800nm. This technology can improve the performance of the spectrometer and provide a feasible method for the development of high-resolution wide-band spectrometers.
