Abstract

The high-speed railway platform canopy is in a state of frequent vibration, and its structural health monitoring is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the high-speed railway. However, due to the large area and large number of canopies, the traditional sensors are difficult to be used in engineering. In this paper,a phase-based motion estimation algorithm principle is used to build a visual vibration measurement system for the canopy of high-speed railway platform. The accuracy verification test is carried out through a vibration equipment. Based on a grating displacement sensor, the maximum error of the visual vibration measurement system is 0.013 mm,the average error is 0.002 9 mm,and the error standard deviation is 0.004 2 mm. Then, this paper takes the high-speed railway platform canopy as the object, carries out the vibration detection of the canopy under the actual working conditions, and analyzes the influence of the train operation on the vibration. The results prove that the system built in this paper has good engineering application value, and can provide accurate vibration data for high-speed railway station canopy health monitoring.
