He graduated from Renmin University of China in 2006 with a doctor's degree in accounting. He is now a professor, doctoral supervisor, deputy director of the Joint Education Center for Professional Degrees of the School of Management and Economics of Beijing Institute of Technology. He is a certified public accountant in China, a national accounting leader (academic) of the Ministry of Finance, and an outstanding talent in Beijing. His research interests include corporate finance and corporate governance. In recent years, he has presided over 4 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 1 project of the Humanities and Social Science Foundation of the Ministry of Education. He has published several papers in Class A CSSCI journals recognized by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, such as Management World, Accounting Research, Nankai Management Review, and several SCI and EI papers. His achievements have won the first prize of Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award (2017) and other awards. He has published 3 monographs and many teaching materials.
