It is mainly engaged in trajectory optimization, guidance and control of aircraft, and uses advanced optimization and control algorithms to realize the ability of (multiple) aircraft to give full play to the optimal performance under complex environment and complex constraints, and carry out autonomous flight through online real-time calculation. The application objects include hypersonic vehicles, reusable rockets/launch vehicles, Mars probes, rotorcraft/fixed-wing UAVs, etc. The main research areas include:
1. Flight Mechanics
2. Aircraft trajectory optimization, guidance and control
3. Model predictive control and optimization algorithm development
4, convex optimization and its application
