Yuan Wu, Ph.D. in engineering. He graduated from the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences in July 2007. His research interests include quantitative cognitive computing, general knowledge mapping, and pervasive learning. In IEEE Trans on Circuits and System for Video Technology, International Journey of Cartography and Geographical Information System (CaGIS), and published more than 10 papers in authoritative journals and conferences at home and abroad, such as Journal of Computer Science, Journal of Remote Sensing, Journal of Surveying and mapping. And a proposed international standard for ISO/IEC JVT H.264/AVC Video Codec technology (JVT O016). He has received many academic awards from Motorola, Sony and Institute of Computing Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has developed a completely independent and innovative TextNet ubiquitous big data computing platform (including PersonNet and WorldNet), based on the original spatiotemporal cognitive intelligence, to realize human society (individual, group and relationship) modeling, behavioral intention understanding and analysis, and to provide data and knowledge support for computational social science. Relevant theories and technologies can be widely applied to open source intelligence automatic mining and analysis services, including ubiquitous online portrait and social dynamic network map construction, global situational awareness of heaven and earth integration, accurate epidemic prevention and control.

The relevant core technologies have been put into actual business operation in Chongqing Government Affairs Network and Smart City Platform (the first provincial system in the country), and have played a technical supporting role in the pilot work of administrative law enforcement system reform in Liangjiang New Area, and won the first prize for geographic information technology progress in 2016 and 2018. Won the first prize of geographic information Technology Progress in 2016 and 2018 (provincial and ministerial level).
