摘要

Fe2O3 nanoparticles support on modified carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were synthesized by liquid-precipitate-microwave method, and the FeCl3 as iron source. The size and shape of the nanoscale Fe2O3 were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction and SEM. The influence condition on the morphology of Fe2O3 particles and the principle of reaction was discussed. The results show that the product was Fe2O3, the average size of the Fe2O3 crystallites was about 6-10 nm, and Fe2O3 was well distributed on CNTs.
