N2 - In this paper, a vector total fractional-order variation (VTV-β) is proposed. Then, VTV-β model and G β (Ω) model are proposed for color image denoising and decomposition, respectively. Some properties of the VTV-β are investigated and an alternative algorithm is used to solve the two models. Some experimental results are given to show the effectiveness and advantages of our methods.
