User-oriented non-geometry design knowledge organization method

摘要

To reuse large non-geometry design knowledge effectively, a non-geometry design knowledge organization method oriented to user was proposed. The design knowledge of product and its categorizations were discussed. The knowledge reuse pattern of the designers was analyzed and three patters included guiding pattern, reference pattern and automation pattern were summarized. On this basis, a method including navigation knowledge, knowledge map and knowledge component was proposed. The method could provide design knowledge in accordance with the knowledge reuse pattern of the designers and alleviate the information overload phenomenon. The method was illustrated and validated by organizing design knowledge of hydro-pneumatic spring, shock-absorber and air filter components.
