abstract = "Using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) to deploy buoys for underwater target detection is an important means of controlling perception in designated areas. Due to the influence of the marine environment, the detection capability of the buoy varies at different locations. In this article, we formulate the buoy deployment strategy for a single UAV based on the information of the buoy's detection capability in the designated area. The UAV's buoy deployment strategy is divided into two parts. Firstly, according to the maximum number of buoys that the UAV can carry and the detection capability of each position of the buoy in the designated area, we determine the deployment position and number of buoys. Then we generate the UAV's path for deploying buoys. Considering factors such as space detection rate, cost-effectiveness, and UAV deployment path length, we use an improved simulated annealing (ISA) algorithm to determine the optimal UAV buoy deployment strategy. Finally, through simulation experiments, we compare the ISA algorithm with traditional simulated annealing (SA) algorithm and typical deployment strategies as well as random deployment strategies to verify the superiority of this method.",
