摘要
A power train model for a battery electric bus is built and validated by real vehicle tests. With minimizing energy consumption as optimization objective, the optimal gear shifting rules under five different driving cycles are found by applying dynamic programming. The results show that the optimal gear shifting rules are basically identical among five driving cycles. A two-parameter gear shifting algorithm for real vehicle control is extracted from the rear shifting rule obtained by dynamic programming, and a forward dynamic simulation is performed with a result indicating that compared with original gear shifting strategy, the optimized two-parameter gear shifting strategy can more effectively reduce the energy consumption of vehicle.
