摘要
The thermal decomposition behavior of dihydroxylammonium-5, 5'-bistetrazole-1, 1'-diolate (TKX-50) was studied by TG-DTA at heating rates of 2.0, 5.0, 10.0 and 20.0K/min and its thermal decomposition kinetic parameters were studied by Ozawa's and Kissinger's methods. Results show that the thermal decomposition process of TKX-50 can be divided into two stages. The activation energy and pre-exponential factor for the first stage are 147.05kJ/mol and 1012.91s-1, respectively. Thermal decomposition of the first stage is controlled by the mechanism of 2D diffusion, and the reaction mechanism obeys the Jander equation with n=1/2. The kinetic equation for the first decomposition stage can be expressed as: (dα)/(dT)=(1012.91)/β×4(1-α)1/2[1-(1-α)1/2]1/2e(14705)/(RT).
