T1 - The synthesis, characterization and application of multifunctional aminophenyl silsesquioxane

N2 - Begin with the synthesis of octaphenylsilsesquioxane (OPS), synthesis the different multifunctional nitrophenyl silsequioxane (NPS) by controlling the nitrification condition of OPS, then through restoring NPS get the homologous multifunctional aminophenyl silsesquioxane (APS). The chemical structure and thermal property of polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS)were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR), nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), elementary analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Elemental analysis finds the longer the nitrification time of OPS, the more nitro group, which is not proportional. FT-IR and NMR results show the structure of POSS. TGA and scanning electron microscope (SEM) reveal in the thermal decomposition, APS with more aminogroup was conducive to the formation of crosslinked structure; APS and polycarbonate (PC) have a good compatibility and APS can improve the thermal stability of PC to some extent.
