N2 - Based on the extraction of spectral function in the antenna near field measurement, combined with the basic concept of the unequally spaced fast Fourier transforms algorithm, the implementation algorithm of the non-uniform near field to far field transform is deduced in the antenna near field measurement system. This method only requires to obtain the position data of measurement points, and doesn't require the probe's sampling points which locate on the uniformly rectangular grid. According to the actual measurements, the effects of the measurement points' positions or spectral domain interval of several different position error models are simulated and compared. At last, we present a conclusion that the non-uniform near field to far field transform can eliminate the position error in the antenna near field measurement effectively.
