abstract = "According to the mechanism of grinding process, an orthogonal flexible automatic grinding method for getting a small diameter blind hole is proposed based on orthogonal machining sports. By using the new method and the traditional processing technology of drilling, boring etc., managing steel 3J33 are studied in the experiment for getting a blind hole with small diameter. The comparative experimental results show that the blind hole surface roughness of the small diameter obtained by this method can reach the minimum, Ra0.2 μm, the edge of the blind hole has smooth surface and crack depth are minimum. The results show that the method can effectively improve the processing quality of small diameter blind holes and provide a new idea to study how to improve the machining precision of micro parts.",
