摘要
In this study, the permittivity of an iron oxide ore at 2.45GHz in the temperatures from 20 °C up to 100 °C was measured using the technology of the open-ended coaxial sensor combined with theoretical computation. The results show that both the real (ϵ′) and imaginary (ϵ″) part of complex permittivity (ϵ′ - jϵ″) of the iron oxide ore increase significantly with temperature. The dielectric constant and loss factor both are linear function of temperature at temperature range of 20 to 100°C. The loss tangent (tanδ) is a linear function of temperature and penetration depth of iron oxide ore decreases with temperature increase.
