N2 - T-burner is the common experimental device for measuring pressure-coupling response function of solid propellants.In order to meet the interior ballistic performance requirements of short build-up time and simple & reliable pulse triggering mode, the cup-liked grain structural is designed based on the interior ballistic calculation program considering ignition process, and a systematic and universal design flow of T-burner grain is provided, which can be used to measure the pressure coupling response function of solid propellant.At the same time, the abnormal interior ballistic results are analyzed and calculated, the cartridge structure is improved, and the experimental verification is completed.The experimental results are in good agreement with the interior ballistic calculation results.Finally, the influence of grain structure parameters on interior ballistic curve is analyzed by theoretical calculation, which provides guidance for subsequent processing.The calculation results show that, different from the depth of the cup part, a slight change in the thickness of the cup part causes the sudden change of interior ballistic curve.Therefore, in grain processing, there should be high requirements for the machining accuracy and dimensional tolerance of the inner diameter of the cup part.
