System modeling and dynamic analysis of shafting in ISG hybrid power system

摘要

A system model of an ISG hybrid power shafting is established to analyze the dynamic performance of the hybrid power shafting. The model couples the bearing hydrodynamic lubrication, the electromechanical coupling shaft dynamics and the engine block stiffness. The bearing eccentricity and the oil film pressure, the torsional vibration response of the electromechanical coupling shaft, and the ISG rotor axis orbit have been calculated in different hybrid conditions. It's found that the hybrid power system can operate safety when one 1.6L engine combined with the ISG motor whose power is within 45KW, the different hybrid conditions have no significant effect on the main bearing lubricity or the torsinal vibration of the electromechanical coupling shaft, but the impact on the motor bearing and ISG rotor axis orbit cannot be ignored.
