摘要
A solvothermal reaction of CH3CN·BCl3 and lithium nitride (Li3N) using benzene as the solvent has been successfully applied to prepare boron carbonitride at 300°C and less than about 7 MPa. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) are used to confirm their chemical composition and atomic-level hybrid. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron diffraction (TED) analysis indicate that the powders have hexagonal network structures.
