Synthesis of 3D-hierarchical NiO-G composites with enhanced electrochemical performances as anode for lithium secondary batteries

摘要

In the present paper, hierarchical NiO with different surface areas and porous distributions and NiO-graphene composites have been prepared successfully by a facile hydrothermal route combining a calcinations process. The as-prepared NiO and NiO-graphene composites are used as anode materials for LIBs. The results show that the lithium storage capacity is associated with the surface and nanostructure of the anode materials. The lithium storage capacity maintains at ∼ 400 mAh/g-1 and ∼850mAh/g-1 after 50 cycles for NiO and NiO-graphene, respectively. The impedance testing shows that NiO-graphene has lower impedance compared to NiO, which contributes to better electrochemical properties.
